I started with two coats of Orly - Charged Up and sprinkled on a gold glitter from banggood.com and medium sized gold hexagon glitter from eBay. I placed this beautiful purple and gold nail charm from banggood.com. I sealed in the glitter with top coat and applied cuticle oil.
